Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Toss cubed butternut pumpkin with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt on a baking sheet, then roast for 20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Step 2: Pat the beef ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with ground Tasmanian pepperberry and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
